DS160GuideAI provides educational DS-160 preparation tools including guided questions, AI-assisted review, and PDF reports. We are not immigration attorneys, not accredited representatives, and not affiliated with any government. We do not submit applications on your behalf.
No Guarantee
Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. government officers. We do not guarantee approval, interview outcomes, or processing times. AI-generated analysis is informational only.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout. Refund requests are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if report generation failed due to our error. Chargebacks for successfully delivered digital goods may result in account termination.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, resell reports, or submit false information intending to circumvent immigration law.
Intellectual Property
Site content, software, and branding are owned by DS160GuideAI. You receive a limited license for personal preparation use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or immigration-related damages.
