Create conversion-focused interfaces for luxury and B2B clients worldwide. You'll own the visual layer — from wireframes to polished Figma deliverables — collaborating directly with developers and the client.
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Portfolio demonstrating web design projects
- Understanding of conversion-driven design principles

Frontend Web Developer
Build performant, pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs. No page builders, no shortcuts — hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that loads fast and converts. You'll work directly with designers and own the final output.
- Mastery of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
- Zero tolerance for page builders — everything hand-coded
- Performance obsession: Core Web Vitals, load time, accessibility
- Experience translating Figma designs to production code

Business Development Executive
